I have received Vietnam visa approval letter. Please explain why there so many people on the letter with me. I do not know these persons.

Please be kindly explained that those visa applicants using the same visa service, whose request were sent to the Immigration at the same time, will be mostly joined into one visa approval letter! However, each will receive one visa of his/her own on arriving at the airport, and pay the fee for oneself only! Thus, this is legal and right, please don’t worry!
To get Vietnam visa on arrival in the most convenient and quickest way, please refer back to our email of guidance on what to prepare. The most important thing is your visa approval letter (each applicant one copy to hold in their hand) and your original passport.
