According to the Conde Nast Traveler of US-the most honor investigation of tourism industry in the world, Hoi An ancient town is considered as one of the most popular tourist city in the Asia, only behind Tokyo-Japan. 

After being the top 10 favorite destination last year, Hoi An old town is one of the most tourist city in the Asia only behind Tokyo in this year. This is a result from the investigation of Conde Nast Traveler journal. Coming to Hoi An town, travelers can have a chance to contemplate ancient houses in variety of colors and old palaces.

In addition, the 26th investigation of the Conde Nast Traveler was considered 5 hotels and resorts of Vietnam in the top hotel & resort in the world. The hotel Sofitel Legend Metropole with 112 years old in Ha Noi is the fifth rank in top 25 hotel in the Southeast Asia. Park Hyatt Sai Gon hotel, Sofitel Plaza Ha Noi, Sofitel Sai Gon Plaza and Nam Hai resort also are in this top list. Nam Hai resort in Quang Nam has improved from 14th rank last year.

On the occasion of the 14th anniversary of Hoi An town was recognized as a Worlk cultural heritage by UNESCO, it is free entrance fee for tourist on 4th December and opens-rest point for tourists for relaxing at the buiding located in 57 Tran Phu street. The house contains 2 storey house and about 200 square meters. The first floor used to exhibit paint works which are offered from Vietnam and the world. The second floor used to display photos with theme Hoi An ancient and modern.

At this house, visitors can easy to connect to the adjacent heritage spaces including an Exhibition house  located in 46 Tran Phu Street to enjoy culture space of and folk cultural museum at 33 Tran Phu Street.
