I recieved my approval letter an the application form for entry and exit vietnam. I know, I have to bring the 25 USD and the form and the letter to the immigration at the airport. But! Do I also have to send the application form befor to the consulate? This ist written on the end of the form. I am a little bit confused. Can you please help me? best regards heike Hornstein

Be kindly informed that once your received your Vietnam visa approval letter which is issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department, you are allowed to enter Vietnam with that letter without sending it to the consulate before you get to Vietnam. You now only need to bring your passport, visa approval letter, Entry and Exit Form, 2 passport-sized photos and stamping fee to get your visa stamped at the arrival airport in Vietnam. Please see here and pay your attention to step 3 and 4 to clearly know the process for getting Vietnam visa on arrival.
